Venue Coordination Service

Lucy, our dedicated Venue Coordinator, will be on hand to guide you through your options when booking an event here at Knighton House and to assist you and your suppliers on the day, allowing you to enjoy your most special occasion. Our Venue Coordination service is included in the venue hire price. This service includes an in depth planning meeting up to 4 months before the wedding, a final details meeting before the wedding, on-site coordination on the day before the wedding and on the day of the wedding along with supplier management on the day of the wedding to ensure the day runs smoothly and according to our carefully detailed plan and timeline. 

If you require further assistance putting together and planning your special day we also offer an additional full Wedding Planning service and a Supplier Sourcing service which can be arranged by request. Our primary concern is ensuring the smooth running of your event from start to finish, allowing you to enjoy our beautiful Dorset wedding venue.
